Hakata Kawa-ya was started by the founder, Mitsuyuki Kyotani, with a passion for spreading the traditional Hakata kawa-yaki, and has grown into a restaurant that attracts attention not only from the local Hakata area but also from all over Japan for its unique manufacturing method and taste. The history and tradition of Kawaya still attracts many people. The Gion branch opens on December 17, 2021.
